Returns & Refunds

– Returns are only accepted if the product is defective or damaged upon delivery. Customers must report a defective product within 48 hours of delivery by emailing anujj449@gmail.com with photos/videos as proof.
– Approved returns must be shipped back within 2 days, and a replacement or refund will be processed after inspection.
– Used, opened, or tampered products cannot be returned due to hygiene concerns.
– Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after the return is approved and will be credited to the original payment method within 7 business days.
– Replaced product will be delivered with in 7 days
